§ 19-3935 — SUBPOENAS FOR WITNESSES
The justice or judge of either of the courts mentioned in this chapter may issue subpoenas for witnesses and punish disobedience thereof, as provided in sections 19-3004, 19-3006 — 19-3012 inclusive.
