§ 19-2307 — SPECIAL VERDICT, HOW RENDERED

Idaho·Title 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE·Ch. 23 VERDICT
The special verdict must be reduced to writing by the jury, or in their presence entered upon the minutes of the court, read to the jury and agreed to by them, before they are discharged.
