§ 19-2302 — PRESENCE OF DEFENDANT

Idaho·Title 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE·Ch. 23 VERDICT
If indicted for a felony, the defendant must, before the verdict is received, appear in person. If for a misdemeanor, the verdict may be rendered in his absence.
