§ 18-909 — ASSAULT WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A SERIOUS FELONY DEFINED

Idaho·Title 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS·Ch. 9 ASSAULT AND BATTERY
An assault upon another with intent to commit murder, rape, mayhem, robbery, or lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor child is an assault with the intent to commit a serious felony.
