§ 18-5609 — INDUCING A CHILD INTO COMMERCIAL SEXUAL ACTIVITY — PENALTIES

Idaho·Title 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS·Ch. 56 COMMERCIAL SEXUAL ACTIVITY
Every person who induces or attempts to induce a child to engage in commercial sexual activity shall be guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment in the state penitentiary for a period of not less than two (2) years, which may be extended to life imprisonment, or by a fine not exceeding fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
