§ 18-5415 — FALSE REPORT OF CHILD ABUSE, ABANDONMENT, OR NEGLECT
Any person who intentionally and willfully makes a report of child abuse, abandonment, or neglect to a law enforcement agency or the department of health and welfare knowing such report to be false shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
