§ 18-1508E — SEX OFFENDER REGISTRATION — TERM OF CONFINEMENT
Any person convicted of an offense as provided in section 18-1508, 18-1508B, or 18-1508C, Idaho Code, requiring sex offender registration as set forth in section 18-8304, Idaho Code, and who is ordered to a fixed minimum term of confinement shall not, during such term of confinement, be eligible for parole, discharge, credit, reduction of sentence for good conduct, work release, or furlough.
