Inadditiontoanyotherremedies, apersonsufferingpecuniarylossasaresultofaviolation of this chapter by another person may bring an action against such other person to recover all of the following:
1.The greater of five hundred dollars or twice the amount of the pecuniary loss.
2.Costs and reasonable attorney fees.
