Text

The judge shall, within ten days after application is made to the judge as provided, notify the parties to the dispute of the application for the appointment of a board of arbitration and conciliation, and shall request each party to recommend within ten days from the date of 5 BOARDS OF ARBITRATION AND CONCILIATION, §679B.21 receipt of notice, the name of a person who has no direct interest in the dispute and is willing and ready to act as a member of the board.
