Text
A farm resident or other party may request mediation of a dispute by applying to the farm
mediation service. The farm mediation service shall make voluntary mediation application
forms available. The farm mediation service shall evaluate each request and may direct a
mediator to meet with the farm resident and other party to assist in mediation.
