Not later than sixty days after a party is served with a petition, crossclaim, counterclaim, third-partyclaim,orotherpleadingthatassertsacauseofactiontowhichthischapterapplies, oratalatertimeonashowingofgoodcause, thepartymayfileaspecialmotionforexpedited relief to dismiss the cause of action or part of the cause of action.
