Text
Upon court approval of a sale of property to be partitioned by sale, the referee shall file
a referee’s deed that shall be recorded in the county where the real estate is located. The
recorded referee’s deed shall be valid against all subsequent purchasers and against all
persons who are parties to the partition by sale proceeding.
