1.Except as otherwise provided in subsection 4, and subject to subsection 3, a deploying parentshallnotifytheotherparent, inarecord, ofapendingdeployment, notlaterthanseven days after receiving notice of deployment, unless reasonably prevented from doing so by the circumstances of service. If the circumstances of service prevent giving notification within thesevendays, thedeployingparentshallgivethenotificationassoonasreasonablypossible.
2.Except as otherwise provided in subsection 4, and subject to subsection 3, each parent shall provide the other parent with a plan in a record for fulfilling that parent’s share of custodial responsibility during deployment. Each parent shall provide the plan as soon as reasonably possible after notification of deployment is given under subsection 1. 3.
