All judgments and decrees heretofore entered by default prior to July 4, 1963, in causes wherein the original notices set out the date when and the place where the court would convene are hereby declared legal and binding, notwithstanding the fact that said original noticesfailtonamethetermatwhichdefendantordefendantswasorwererequiredtoappear. Nothing contained in this section shall affect pending litigation.
