Iowa Code § 558.13 (2026).
Text
A transcript of the record of any instrument affecting real estate, certified as provided in
section 558.12, shall be entitled to record in the office of the recorder of any other county in
whichissituatedanyoftherealestateaffectedbysuchinstrument. Theeffectoftherecording
of transcript shall be the same as the recording of the original instrument.
