1.Aphysicalexerciseclubcontractshallprovidethatthecontractmaybecanceledwithin three business days after the date of receipt by the buyer of a copy of the signed contract. Cancellation shall be by written notice delivered to the seller at an address which shall be specified in the contract. Cancellation is complete upon mailing of the notice of cancellation. After receipt of the cancellation, the physical exercise club may request the return of contract forms, membership cards, and all other documents and evidence of membership previously delivered to the buyer. The buyer is entitled to a refund of the entire consideration paid for the contract, if any, less twenty dollars.
