Text
1.Each initial filing made pursuant to section 543C.2 shall be accompanied by a basic
filing fee of one hundred dollars, plus twenty-five dollars for every one hundred lots, units,
parcels, portions, orinterestsincludedintheoffering. Aregistrationfeeshallbepaidwiththe
filing of an application for registration consolidating additional lots with a prior registration
and shall be set by rule which shall provide a basic fee of fifty dollars, plus an additional fee of
twenty-five dollars for every one hundred lots, units, parcels, portions, or interests included
in the offering. A fee shall not be charged for amendments to the property report as a result
of amendments to the initial filing, unless the commission determines the amendments are
madeforthepurposeofavoidingthepaymentofafee, inwhich
