Text
1.To continue in the business of debt management, each licensee shall annually apply on
or before December 1 to the superintendent for renewal of its license. The superintendent
may assess a late fee of ten dollars per day for applications submitted and accepted for
processing after December 1.
2.Therenewalapplicationshallbeontheformprescribedbythesuperintendentandshall
be accompanied by a fee of two hundred fifty dollars. A separate renewal application shall
be made for each office maintained by the applicant.
