Text
1.A person who violates a provision of this chapter or a rule adopted or order entered
pursuant to this chapter commits a fraudulent practice as provided in chapter 714.
§523D.8, RETIREMENT FACILITIES 10
2.This chapter does not limit the power of the state to punish any person for any conduct
which constitutes a crime under any other statute.
