Text
1.An appraiser or umpire shall report to the commissioner any administrative action
taken against the appraiser or umpire in another jurisdiction or by another administrative
agency in this state within thirty calendar days of the final disposition of the matter. This
report shall include a copy of the order, consent to the order, and other relevant legal
documents.
2.Within thirty calendar days of the initial pretrial hearing date, an appraiser or umpire
shall report to the commissioner any criminal prosecution of the appraiser or umpire taken
in any jurisdiction. The report shall include a copy of the initial complaint filed, the order
resulting from the hearing, and any other relevant legal documents.
3.An appraiser or umpire who willfully fails to comply with this section is subject
