All policy forms and endorsements shall be filed with and be subject to the approval of
the commissioner of insurance. With respect to owner-occupied single family dwellings and
owner-occupiedmobilehomes,themortgageinsurancepolicyshallprovidethattheborrower
shallnotbeliabletotheinsurancecompanyforanydeficiencyarisingfromaforeclosuresale.
