coinsurance. The association policy shall pay for medically necessary eligible health care services as established in the benefit plans adopted by the association’s board of directors and approved by the commissioner. The plans shall provide benefits, deductibles, and coinsurance that reflect the current state of the individual insurance market. The board may modify the benefits provided under the plans to reflect the current state of the individual insurance market with the approval of the commissioner.
