Text
The following fees shall be paid to the commissioner for services required under this chapter, which shall be accounted for by the commissioner in the same manner as other fees received in the discharge of the duties of the office:
1.For filing and examination of amendments to the articles of incorporation in this state
and the accompanying general plan of operation of any benevolent association, and the
issuing of the permission to do business, twenty dollars.
2.For filing an annual statement of a benevolent association, and issuing the renewal of
the permission required by law to authorize continuance in business, twenty-five dollars per
existing unit, not to exceed three hundred dollars in the aggregate.
