Text
All amounts payable to employees under and pursuant to the plan of group insurance
established as provided in this chapter shall be exempt from liability for debts of the person
3 GROUP INSURANCE FOR PUBLIC EMPLOYEES, §509A.13A
to or on account of whom the same is payable and shall not be subject to seizure upon
execution or other process.
