1.A member insurer and its agents and employees, the association and its agents and employees, membersoftheboardofdirectors, andthecommissionerandthecommissioner’s representatives are not liable for any action taken by them or omission by them while acting within the scope of their employment and in the performance of their powers and duties under this chapter and such immunity granted under this section shall extend to their participation in any organization of one or more state associations of similar purposes and to that organization and its agents and employees.

2.Sections 490.850 through 490.859 apply to the association.
