Text
1.In the event of a cybersecurity event involving nonpublic information a licensee shall
complywiththenotificationrequirementspursuanttosection715C.2,andallotherapplicable
notification requirements pursuant to federal or state law.
2.If a licensee is required to provide notice of a cybersecurity event to the commissioner
pursuant to section 507F.7, subsection 1, the licensee shall submit to the commissioner a copy
of the consumer notices provided by the licensee to consumers under this section.
