Text
The bureau shall seek to obtain by request, any information related to the enforcement of
thischapterinthepossessionofapersonlocatedoutsidethestate. Thebureaumaydesignate
a representative, including an official of the state where the information is located, to inspect
the information on behalf of the bureau at the place where the information is located. The
bureau may respond to similar requests from an official from another state.
