Text
1.A delinquency proceeding shall not be commenced under this chapter by a person
other than the commissioner. A court shall not have jurisdiction over a proceeding under
this chapter commenced by a person other than the commissioner.
2.A court shall not have jurisdiction over a petition praying for the dissolution,
§507C.4, INSURERS SUPERVISION, REHABILITATION, AND LIQUIDATION 6
liquidation, rehabilitation, sequestration, conservation or receivership of an insurer, or
praying for an injunction or restraining order or other relief preliminary to, incidental to or
relating to such proceedings other than pursuant to this chapter.
3.A court having jurisdiction of the subject matter has jurisdiction over a person served
pursuant to the Iowa rules of civil procedure or other applicable provis
