Text
1.A person shall not knowingly engage in the sale of duplicate Medicare supplement
insurance coverage, as defined by rule of the commissioner.
2.The commissioner of insurance shall adopt rules pursuant to chapter 17A which define
the sale of duplicate Medicare supplement insurance coverage.
