Text
Any number of persons, not less than five, may associate themselves as a cooperative
association, without capital stock, for the purpose of conducting any agricultural, livestock,
horticultural, dairy, ethanol production, mercantile, mining, manufacturing, or mechanical
business, or the constructing and operating of telephone and high tension electric
transmission lines on the cooperative plan and of acting as a cooperative selling agency.
Cooperative livestock shipping associations organized under this chapter shall do business
with members only.
