The department may either refuse to issue, refuse to renew, or suspend or revoke a hunting
preserve operator’s license if the department finds that the licensed area or the operator or
employees of the licensed area are not in compliance with this chapter, or that the property or
areaisoperatedinviolationofthischapteroradministrativerulesadoptedunderthischapter.
