Text
1.All revenue generated from the migratory game bird fee shall be used for projects
approved by the commission for the purpose of protecting and propagating migratory
game birds and for the acquisition, development, restoration, maintenance, or preservation
of wetlands, except for that part which is specified by the commission for use in paying
administrative expenses as provided in section 456A.17.
2.The commission may enter into contracts with nonprofit organizations for the use of
fifteen percent of such funds outside the United States if the commission finds that such
contracts are necessary for carrying out the purposes of this chapter.
