Text
1.If the commission enters into agreements with the United States department of
transportation pursuant to section 479B.23, a pipeline company shall pay an annual fee of
fifty cents per mile of pipeline or fraction thereof for each inch of diameter of the pipeline
located in the state. The inspection fee shall be paid to the commission between January 1
and February 1 for the calendar year.
2.The commission shall collect all fees. Failure to pay any fee within thirty days from the
due date shall be grounds for revocation of the permit or assessment of civil penalties.
