Text
The commission shall keep a record of all permits granted and issued by the commission,
showingwhenandtowhomthepermitswereissuedandthelocationandrouteofthepipeline
orlinesorgasstorageareacovered. Whenanytransferofapermithasbeenmadeasprovided
in this chapter, the commission shall also note upon its record the date of the transfer and
the name and address of the transferee.
