Text
Any person, company, or corporation constructing or undertaking to construct or maintain
any electric transmission line, without first procuring a franchise for such purpose in
accordance with the provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of a serious misdemeanor;
and for violating any of the other provisions of this chapter relating to electric transmission
lines or disobeying any order or rule made by the utilities commission in relation thereto,
shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor.
