Text
A person stockpiling dry bedded manure shall comply with applicable requirements of
the national pollutant discharge elimination system pursuant to the federal Water Pollution
Control Act, 33 U.S.C. ch. 26, as amended, and 40 C.F.R. pts. 122 and 412.
