Text
The department may issue an order to suspend or revoke the certification of a commercial
manure service representative for a violation of this chapter. The department shall issue
an order for the suspension or revocation of a certificate as provided in chapter 17A.
The department may issue an order to immediately suspend or revoke the certification
notwithstanding section 17A.18.
