Conservation easements shall be recorded as other instruments affecting real estate are
recorded, andeachpublicbodyacquiringoneormoreconservationeasementsshallmaintain
a current inventory thereof. Unrecorded and uninventoried conservation easements shall be
deemed abandoned.
