Text
The department shall:
1.Designate products which are household hazardous materials and, based upon
the designations and in consultation with manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and
retailer associations, develop a household hazardous product list for the use of retailers in
identifying the products.
2.Enforce the provisions of this chapter and implement the penalties established.
