Text
1.If a court of competent jurisdiction finds that the provisions of this chapter and of
chapter453Cconflictandcannotbeharmonized, theprovisionsofchapter453Cshallprevail.
2.If any portion of this chapter causes chapter 453C to no longer constitute a qualifying
or model statute, as defined in the master settlement agreement, that portion of this chapter
shall be void.
3.If any portion of this chapter is for any reason held to be invalid, unlawful, or
unconstitutional, the determination shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions
of this chapter or any part of this chapter.
