Cattle,horses,mules,sheep,goats,ostriches,rheas,emus,andswineshallnotbepermitted
upon a fruit-tree or forest reservation. Fruit-tree and forest reservations shall not be used for
economic gain other than the gain from raising fruit or forest trees.
