Text
1.Allmoneysreceivedandallrefundsshallbedepositedinorwithdrawnfromthegeneral
fund of the state.
2.Subsequent to the deposit in the general fund of the state, the department shall transfer
the following amounts to the following funds:
a.For revenues reported on or after July 1, 2018, but before August 1, 2019, one-twelfth of
therevenuestothewaterqualityinfrastructurefundcreatedinsection8.57B,andone-twelfth
of the revenues to the water quality financial assistance fund created in section 16.134A.
b.For revenues reported on or after August 1, 2019, but before August 1, 2020, one-sixth
oftherevenuestothewaterqualityinfrastructurefundcreatedinsection8.57B,andone-sixth
of the revenues to the water quality financial assistance fund created in section 16.134A.
