Text

1.Any provision of law, resolution, or ordinance specifying a time when or the order in which acts must be done in a proceeding which may result in a special assessment, is subject to the qualifications of sections 384.72 through 384.74.
2.A city may combine any one or more of the procedural acts required by this subchapter andcallforbidsforconstructionofapublicimprovementandcomplywithlegalrequirements respecting public contracts so as to permit the council to receive and consider proposals at the time of hearing on the resolution of necessity.
