Text
When the plat, schedule, and estimate of cost have been filed, the council may, before
adopting a proposed resolution of necessity, cause the estimate, valuation, or assessment of
any lot or the boundaries of the district as reported by the engineer to be amended, and may
adopt the plat, schedule, and estimate as amended or as filed.
