§ 384.32 — Tax to pay

Taxes for the payment of general obligation bonds must be levied in accordance with
chapter 76, and the bonds are payable from the levy of unlimited ad valorem taxes on all the
taxable property within the city through its debt service fund authorized by section 384.4.
