Thetownshipclerkshallenterallmattershereinrequiredtobemadeofrecordintheclerk’s recordbook, andshallreceivetencentsforeachonehundredwordsinenteringofrecordand making certified copies of the matters herein provided for, and twenty-five cents additional for the clerk’s certificate thereto when required, and shall also receive the costs of recording in the office of the recorder of deeds of any instrument required to be so recorded.
