Ifsaidfencebehedge, theownerthereofshalltrimorcutitbacktwiceduringeachcalendar
year, the first time during the month of June and the last time during the month of September,
to within five feet from the ground, unless such owners otherwise agree in writing to be filed
with and recorded by the township clerk.
