Text
Each trustee, before entering upon the duties of office, shall execute a bond payable to the
district, with security to be approved by the board of supervisors which had jurisdiction of the
petition for establishment of the district, in such form and amount as the board of supervisors
may determine, which bond shall be filed with the county auditor of the county.
