Text
1.Each registered voter resident within such proposed sanitary district shall have the
right to cast a ballot at such election and no person shall vote in any precinct but that of the
person’sresidence. Ballotsatsuchelectionshallbeinsubstantiallythefollowingform, towit:

2.The board of supervisors shall cause a statement of the result of such election to
be spread upon the records of the county auditor. If a majority of the votes cast upon the
question of incorporation of the proposed sanitary district shall be in favor of the proposed
sanitary district, such proposed sanitary district shall thenceforth be deemed an organized
sanitary district under this chapter and established as conducive to the public health,
