Text
Any person aggrieved by any proceeding had by the board of supervisors or by the board
of trustees as provided in this chapter in relation to any matter involving the person’s rights
not included under the provisions of section 358.22 may appeal to the district court of the
county in which the proceedings were had. Such appeals shall be governed in all respects as
is provided by pertinent sections under chapter 468, subchapter I, parts 1 through 5.
